1. Sustainable empowerment of the indigenous host communities through the provision of employment and improved welfare;
2. Integrated planning and execution of community development programs, with full community input and participation;
3. Adoption of best practices that guarantee community-friendly operations.

• Provision for electrical generators and transformers;
• Construction of water boreholes;
• Construction of drainage systems;
• Construction of roads;
• Provision of boats for transportation.
